TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1.
All applicants must be over 18 years of age to place a bet or register with bet7days.com. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their gambling account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

2.2.
All information supplied when registering with the site MUST be accurate and complete in all respects. In particular if using a credit or debit card, the Cardholder's name MUST be the same as the name used when registering with the site. Where this is not the case the account will be suspended. Where an account is suspended, customers should contact Customer Services. All bets that are placed prior to an account being suspended will stand win or lose.

2.3.
bet7days.com may decide to check a customer’s address by posting an address verification letter to the customer.

2.4.
Customers may open only one account (per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number, and shared computer, eg. school, public library or workplace). Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to suspend all of them.

2.5.
Customers are asked to keep their registration details up to date. This, and your account information, may be amended in the personal section of the website. If you require any assistance please Contact Us.

2.6.
Please note that cardholder details and any other sensitive data should never be sent to us by unencrypted email.

2.7.
bet7days.com allows all its customers to choose their own user name and password combination. Customers are asked to keep this information secret. Bets will stand if your user name and password have been entered correctly, subject to there being sufficient funds in the account. If at any time you feel a third party is aware of your password you should change it immediately via the website. Should you forget part or all of your combination, please email our Customer Services Department who will issue a new combination via email.

2.8.
Your bet7days.com account is for your personal use only. You shall not allow any third party to use your account, password or username to access or use the service. You shell not reveal your user name or password to any person. You shall not allow any person under the age specified in 2.1. above any form of access to the service. We take no responsibility for any third party access to your account and under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of misuse of your password by any person or for any unauthorized access to your account.

2.9.
Customers may only wager with the amount of cleared funds held in their account.

2.10.
Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located; if so, you are not authorised to use your payment card to complete the transaction. However any bets accepted from such jurisdictions will stand, win or lose.

By registering, the customer is deemed to have accepted and understood all the rules, terms and conditions displayed on the website by bet7days.com.
