TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1.
We only accept bets made online. Bets are not accepted in any other form (phone, post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be void - win or lose.

1.2.
bet7days.com reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested.

1.3.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed by the customer.

1.4.
The 'To Win' calculation is for information only and all bets will be calculated using the stake/risk at the odds accepted. In multiple bets/parlays with a void selection(s) the 'To Win' figure is reduced accordingly.

1.5.
A wager is not valid until a slip id code is issued. The slip id code will appear on the screen. If you are unsure about the validity of a wager please check your open bets, or Contact Us.

1.6.
Should a dispute arise, you and bet7days.com agree that the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.

1.7.
bet7days.com reserves the right to suspend a market at anytime. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. bet7days.com also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.

1.8.
Bets are processed in the order they are received.

1.9.
bet7days.com reserves the right to close or suspend a customer's account.

1.10.
No credit will be offered by any employee of bet7days.com, and all bets must be supported by sufficient funds in the customer account. bet7days.com reserves the right to void any bet which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform bet7days.com without delay. bet7days.com will recover such funds by account adjustment.

1.11.
All winnings will be credited to the customer account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and bet7days.com reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

1.12.
bet7days.com shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with bet7days.com website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

1.13.
bet7days.com actively monitors traffic to and from its websites. bet7days.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to block access where evidence indicative of automated or robotic activity is found.

1.14.
Should a customer include a Non-Runner or void selection in a multiple bet/parlay, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

1.15.
Multiple bets which combine different selections within the same event are not accepted where the outcome of one affects or is affected by the other. If such a bet is taken in error it will be settled as two single bets with the stake equally divided.

1.16.
In the case of all multiples including selections with related outcomes, if a bet is taken inadvertently bet7days.com reserves the right to void part of or the whole of the bet.

1.17.
When the related parts of a bet are resolved at different times but still within the same tournament, the bet will be settled as instructed, with the price of the second or subsequent selection being determined at each individual stage. For example, a double selects: Nalbandian to win the semi final of Wimbledon, and Nalbandian to win the Wimbledon tournament outright As the odds of the second selection depends on the outcome of the first, the odds of Nalbandian winning the tournament at the time the bet was struck cannot be used to calculate the double, and the correct odds after the initial selection is completed will be attributed instead.

1.18. Dead-Heats
Where two selections Dead-Heat half the stake money is lost and the full odds are paid to the other half. If more than two Dead-Heat the stake is proportioned accordingly.

1.19. Rule 4 general sports
Outright markets (defined as after the draw/official field is confirmed for a specific event), may be subject to a deduction equivalent to the Tattersalls Rule 4. The Rule 4 will be applied, according to the table of deductions (a table of deductions, and further Rule 4 rules related to Horse Racing can be found within the Horse Racing Rules section); with the exception that a Rule 4 of 5 pence will not be enforced. Effectively the Rule 4 will be applied, in the case of participant withdrawals, with odds of 9/1 or smaller.

1.22. Use of Website Information
Information accessed by you on this website, including but not being limited to results, statistics, sporting data and fixture lists, odds and betting figures are for your personal use only and the distribution or commercial exploitation of such information is strictly prohibited. No warranty is given as to the uninterrupted provision of such information, its accuracy nor as to results obtained through its use.

1.23. Maximum Winnings
The maximum winnings in any 24 hour period to any one customer or group/syndicate of customers, including bets from the same source and customers with multiple accounts, is limited to 25000 USD (currency equivalents apply).
These maximum winning also apply where bets have been placed on different days, ‘the maximum winnings in any one 24 hour period’ is determined by the 24 hour period in which the final race/event on each bet is resolved, rather than the 24 hour period in which each individual bet is placed.

1.24. Collection of Winnings
Winnings from settled wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed to the payment account from which the deposits were made. Withdrawals will only be made in the name of the registered account holder. For most payment types, withdrawals can be processed by clicking `Withdraw` on the bet7days.com website, subject to there being sufficient funds in your betting account.

1.25. Withdraw fee
Each first withdraw for any 30 day period is free of flat fee. Each next withdrawal is subject of 7.5 EUR flat fee.
There are additional fee of 2.5% of the withdrawn amount if the amount you withdraw is larger then the turnover you made since your last successful deposit.
If the value of a deposit is not played through in full before a withdrawal is requested, bet7days.com reserve the right to make a charge to the customers account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary the value of the withdrawal requested may be reduced accordingly.

1.26. Palpable Errors
Palpable errors pre-event - if an error is noticed prior to the start of an event/match, all bets will be void irrespective of the outcome. We will endeavour to contact the customer to allow the choice of placing another bet at the correct price/spread/handicap/totals at the time the bet was placed, or the current price/spread/handicap/totals if bigger.
Palpable errors in-play – when it is clear which participant is the wrong price, bets on this participant will be settled at the intended bet7days.com price at the time the bet was placed. If it is unclear which participant was the wrong price (due to large fluctuations around the time a bet was placed), then we reserve the right to void all bets placed at the time of an over-broke book. For incorrect spreads, handicaps or totals, bets will be void irrespective of the outcome.
If an incorrect participant is quoted for any match, all bets placed on that match will be void, win or lose.
