TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1.
bet7days.com will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. bet7days.com will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. The customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to bet7days.com, on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by bet7days.com (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

5.2.
bet7days.com reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any person or group of persons acting in an attempt to defraud bet7days.com. Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, bet7days.com reserves the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation. Any correspondence with regard to such matters should be made in writing to our Customer Services department. In the event of an official inquiry by the relevant sport’s governing body or representatives of, we reserve the right to disclose confidential betting information, providing that they agree to keep such information confidential.

5.3.
For events where there is no official 'off' declared, the advertised start time of the event will be deemed the 'off'. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has commenced (other than live In-Play betting clearly indicated on our website), bet7days.com reserve the right to void the bet, win or lose. Disputes over times bets are placed will be settled using the transaction log.

5.4.
Where a customer gives ambiguous instructions bet7days.com reserves the right to split the amount of monies staked between the potential outcomes. Where this is impractical we reserve the right to void the whole of that bet. In any event the decision of bet7days.com is final.

5.5.
If for any reason we are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (eg. due to loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.

5.6.
We forbid the use of all unfair practices when using the bet7days.com services. We do this to protect our customers and the integrity of the services. If any customer is found to be participating in any form of collusion or other activities that we consider to constitute cheating his or her account may be permanently closed and any balance may be at risk of forfeiture or withholding.

5.7.
Bet7Days.com forbids all unfair practices. We do this to protect our customers and the integrity of the our system. Where bet7days.com in its absolute discretion determines an unfair practice has taken place the person or persons responsible for that practice will face one or all of the following consequences:
- bet7days.com may email the offender and demand the immediate cessation of all unfair practices
- bet7days.com may suspend the offending account(s) for the purposes of conducting a thorough investigation into the unfair practices
- Ultimately, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the offending account(s) indefinitely and for all funds in the account(s) to be forfeited

5.8.
Any abuse or fraudulent activity with relation to your account or any bonuses awarded or offered, will cause your account to be blocked and any winnings will immediately be VOID.

5.9.
Bet7Days.com forbids all kind of bonus, promotion or free bet abuse practices, bonus poncing /laying off free bets/. In the event that Bet7Days.com believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion without following the promotion rules, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gaming policy adopted by our Company, then we reserve the right at our sole discretion, said bonus to be forfeited and any funds on this account to be frozen, either temporarily or permanently.

5.10.
Account Holders are strictly prohibited from using Bet7days.com to facilitate arbitrage. Account Holders are strictly prohibited from using all kind of arb systems /automatic or manual/. We do this to protect our customers and the integrity of the our system. An arbitrage situation is when bookmakers' prices differ enough that they allow bettors to back all outcomes and still make a profit. We do not create arbitrage situations with our prices! If this does ever happen it's because of a mistake /palpable errors - see 1.26./. Arbitrage might seem like betting's equivalent of the Holy Grail, but it's just unfair practice - taking unfair advatage over bookmaker, resulting in guaranteed profit "sure win".

Where Bet7days deems that an Account Holder has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage the person or persons responsible for that will face one or all of the following consequences:
- bet7days.com may email the offender and demand the immediate cessation of all unfair practices
- bet7days.com may suspend the offending account(s), any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Account Holders balance without warning or notification
- Ultimately, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate the offending account indefinitely and for all funds in the account to be forfeited.
